Bounce Imaging’s Philosophy on Trademarks and Brands

Bounce Imaging’s trademarks and brands are Bounce Imaging intellectual property and are important and valuable assets of the corporation. Trademarks must be used properly. Follow these Guidelines for using Bounce Imaging’s trademarks and brands properly in all communications, documents and electronic messages.

Who Do These Guidelines Apply To?

These Guidelines apply to Bounce Imaging employees, customers, licensees, consultants, outside vendors, and other third parties.

If you are a LICENSEE of a Bounce Imaging trademark or logo, your license agreement that you signed with Bounce Imaging may have special trademark and logo usage guidelines different than the Guidelines set forth here. If so, please follow the special guidelines provided to you pursuant to your license agreement. If you are a Licensee, but have been provided no special guidelines, then follow these.

Using Bounce Imaging’s Trademarks and Logos

You may refer to Bounce Imaging products and services by their associated Bounce Imaging trademarks and service marks, so long as such references (a) are truthful, fair, and not misleading, and (b) comply with these Guidelines, which may be modified by Bounce Imaging from time to time in Bounce Imaging’s sole discretion.

Specifically:

·         Use the appropriate trademark symbol and trademark acknowledgment of Bounce Imaging’s ownership of the marks and/or logos in question.

·         Do not incorporate Bounce Imaging trademarks or logos into your own product names, service names, trademarks, logos, or company names, and do not adopt marks or logos that are confusingly similar to Bounce Imaging’s marks and logos.

  • Do not make unlicensed use of Bounce Imaging’s licensed logos. Third-party use of Bounce Imaging logos requires a license or written permission from Bounce Imaging. If you are interested in obtaining a license to use a Bounce Imaging mark or logo, contact your Bounce Imaging marketing or sales representative.
